Returns

We are here to serve you and make sure you love your purchases! If something does not work, we are more than happy to help.

We can not hold or exchange items due to unique and limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, please place a new order for the item and return the original item.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for store credit.  Life can get hectic, we know, so if you want to reach out to us prior to the 14 days because your package might not make it back to us in that time frame, email us at shopblondepineapple@gmail.com and we can help you!

All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.  For questions on whether your purchase is a Final Sale or Not, please contact us via shopblondepineapple@gmail.com.  Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

LOCAL PICK-UP ORDERS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE STORE FOR A CREDIT.

SHIPPED ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED AN ONLINE CREDIT TO THEIR ACCOUNT.

Items are eligible for return if:

All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached.  All items must be free of odors (ie deodorant and/or perfume), make up, other stains and pet hair.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Please include your original email receipt for your order to be processed in a timely manner.

You can expect an email confirmation of your return within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting your items.

Refund Processing Time

When your package arrives at blondepineapples.com, it can take up to 7 Business Days to process.  We do not receive returns on weekends or holidays.  Once we process your return, we will issue your store credit, if you chose ‘local pick-up’, your item will need to be returned to the store for a credit; if you chose ‘shipping’, you will need to mail your return back and an online credit will be issued to your online account.

To access your online credit, you must first create an account using the email address provided in your order.  After you do so, click the account icon at the upper right hand corner of the website.  Next to your order history, there will be a credit amount in green.  Click the amount to activate and redeem the discount.  You will then be able to use the credit code at checkout.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Merchandise

If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or that we have shipped you the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package to resolve the issue.

Holiday Return Policy

During the holidays we know you look to find the perfect gift early.  Our Holiday Season starts from beginning of November to December 26th.  We will accept returns from orders purchased during this shopping period until January 14th.  If you are giving this as a gift, please let them know that all returns are for STORE CREDIT and it will go to the original purchaser’s account unless the purchaser emails us letting us know that we can add that store credit to someone else’s shopblondepineapple account.
